2.3 Excluded Persons. Employees, contractors, officers, directors, and immediate family members of jlhot and its affiliated entities, game providers, and payment processors are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in promotions.
2.4 Capacity. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement and are not acting under any legal disability or court order that would restrict your ability to enter into binding contracts.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the jlhot Platform at any given time. Registering multiple accounts for any purpose — including circumventing bonus restrictions, evading account suspensions, or obscuring identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration and to update this information promptly in the event of any changes. jlhot may suspend or terminate your account if it discovers that you have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. Prior to processing your first withdrawal, jlhot will require you to complete KYC verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (e.g., PhilSys National ID, Driver's License, Passport, PRC ID, UMID). You may be asked to provide additional documentation at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
3.4 Non-Transferability. Your jlhot account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. Any attempt to transfer an account may result in immediate suspension.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your jlhot account.
4.2 jlhot will never request your password via email, SMS, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from jlhot and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.
4.3 You must notify jlhot immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. jlhot will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account prior to notification, except where such unauthorized use results from jlhot's own negligence.
4.4 jlhot strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which provides an additional layer of security through SMS verification on each login attempt.
5.1 Supported Payment Methods. jlhot supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20). 5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Pesos). Deposits below this threshold may not be credited to your account.

6.1 jlhot may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards to eligible players. The availability of any promotion does not create any entitlement on the part of any player.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion's terms and conditions. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they may be withdrawn as real money.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. jlhot employs risk management systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts, exploiting game mechanics to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements, and coordinating play with other accounts. jlhot reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back bonuses where abuse is identified.

7.1 All games available on the jlhot Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the rules of a specific game, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of gameplay, and these Terms shall prevail in respect of account management, payments, and disputes.
7.2 All random number generator (RNG) based games on the jlhot Platform use certified RNG technology that has been tested and approved by independent third-party testing agencies. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and are not guarantees of any specific outcome.
7.3 In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or manifest error resulting in an incorrect game outcome, incorrect payout, or system interruption, jlhot reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager placed. jlhot's decision in such matters shall be final.
7.4 Live casino game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of live dealers in a studio environment. jlhot does not control the outcome of live dealer games beyond ensuring the integrity of the studio and dealing procedures.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlhot Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

Transactions or patterns of play that appear to be connected with money laundering will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and may result in immediate account restriction pending regulatory review.

10.1 All content on the jlhot Platform, including but not limited to the jlhot brand name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, and design elements, is the exclusive property of jlhot Casino or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No other licence is granted, and nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting any broader intellectual property rights to you.
10.3 You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any part of the jlhot Platform without prior written permission from jlhot.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jlhot's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your jlhot account in the thirty (30) days preceding the date the claim arises.
11.2 jlhot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
11.3 jlhot does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jlhot will take commercially reasonable steps to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee any specific uptime.
11.4 jlhot shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, network outages, or PAGCOR enforcement actions.
12.1 jlhot reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, for security reasons, or as required by applicable law or regulatory instruction.
12.2 Upon termination of your account for cause (including breach of these Terms or fraudulent activity), jlhot may withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. Where fraud is established, the balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable Philippine law.
12.3 You may close your jlhot account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any verified withdrawable real-money balance (net of any unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your preferred verified payment method within a commercially reasonable time.
13.1 jlhot reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jlhot will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address registered on their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform.
13.2 Your continued use of the jlhot Platform following notification of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.3.
14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.2 In the event of a dispute between you and jlhot, you agree to first contact jlhot's customer support team to seek informal resolution. jlhot is committed to resolving disputes promptly and in good faith.
14.3 If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, disputes may be referred to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
